The gas box pulse bag dust collector adopts box-type cleaning, and when it is cleaned, it is isolated and rotated according to the box, which avoids the problem of secondary flying of the spray bag filter. The effect of compressed air cleaning is ensured. The entire tank design utilizes the inlet and outlet manifold structure, and the ash bucket can be extended under the outlet manifold to allow the incoming dusty flue gas to directly enter the expanded ash bucket to achieve pre-dust collection. The effect is to remove the horizontal straight tube that is prone to blockage. Therefore, the gas box pulse bag dust collector can not only handle the dust gas of a general concentration but also can treat dusty gas with a concentration of 1000g/Nm3. The dust collector is sprayed with a full-box large pulse valve backflushing spray. When the bag is changed, the top cover is opened and the filter bag is directly taken out, which is simple and convenient to maintain.
