First, the production process
1. Raw materials and fuel storage
The limestone is mined by the mine, and the dump truck is transported into the yard of the factory. It is crushed by the PCD1612 hammer crusher. The crushed stone is sent to the 2-φ10m×24m gravel storage through the unloading hopper, belt conveyor, hoist and top belt conveyor. .
The sandstone is mined by the mine and transported by the car into the 18×20m stacking shed for air drying and crushing. Then the belt is sent to the 20×25×15m pre-homogenized stacker through the belt conveyor and the S-type unloading trolley to carry out the “T” type corridor on both sides of the fabric. The “human” shaped material pile is formed, and the simple pre-homogenization operation of the end face of the loader is used, and the homogenization coefficient can reach 3-6. The loader picks up the material and sends it to the belt conveyor. It is sent to the φ6×14m sandstone storage warehouse through the hoist.
The iron powder is transported into the 18m×20m stacking shed in the factory by the unloading truck, and sent to the 1-φ6m×14m iron powder storage warehouse through the hoist.
The clay was transported by dump truck into the 18m×20m stacking shed in the factory, dried by φ2.2m×16m dryer and then sent to the φ6m×14m round storage for storage.
The gypsum is transported by dump truck into the 15m×30m gypsum yard of the factory. After being crushed, it is sent to the 1-φ6m×14m gypsum storage tank by the hoist.
2, raw material preparation and homogenization
The raw materials are composed of four components of limestone, sandstone, clay and iron powder. After the limestone, sandstone, clay and iron powder are mixed by the bottom of the reservoir, they are sent to a φ2.6m×10m circle flow mill system for grinding. The batching control is automatically adjusted by the microcomputer batching system to achieve the purpose of controlling the raw material rate value. After the raw materials are combined into a powder sorter, the qualified raw materials are transported into a 4-φ8×18m batch raw material homogenization tank by a chain conveyor and a hoist to homogenize and store the coarse powder through the chain conveyor. Return the grinding head to re-grind. The exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan after passing through the cyclone and the electric precipitator. The collected fine powder enters the fine powder chain conveyor and is sent to the raw material homogenization warehouse through the hoist.
3. Preparation of coal powder
The raw coal stored in the shed is sent to the original coal bunker by the hoist and then fed into the mill through the disc feeder. The coal mill adopts φ2.2m×5.8m wind-swept steel ball mill to produce coal powder. After separation by the coarse powder separator, the coarse powder is re-grinded, the fine powder is re-introduced into the cyclone separator, the qualified coal powder is stored in the coal powder bin, and the exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the dust collector of the coal mill bag, and the bag is discharged into the atmosphere. The coal powder received by the dust collector is used as a finished product to enter the kiln coal powder bin, and the coal mill backup heat source is supplied by the hot air furnace.
4, clinker burning
The raw materials stored in the raw material storage are sent to the raw material silo located at the end of the kiln by pneumatic conveying, and then pumped to the material air duct between the first and second cyclone tubes by the pneumatic lifting pump, and then sequentially After being preheated by the first, second, third, fourth and fifth cyclone preheaters, it is calcined in a φ3.3m×52m rotary kiln.
The pulverized coal stored in the pulverized coal bin is sprayed into the kiln by a screw feeder and a three-channel coal injection pipe through a double-tube screw feeder and a momentum flow meter. The three-channel coal injection pipe adopts high-pressure centrifugal type. The blower blows the net air, and the coal wind is blown by the Roots blower.
The kiln tail gas is sequentially discharged from the bottom to the first stage cyclone, and after φ4.8m×28m humidification tower humidification and temperature reduction treatment, it is sent to the 75m2 horizontal electric dust collector for dust removal and purification, and finally discharged by the high temperature fan. The dust blower is drawn into the chimney and discharged to the atmosphere. The kiln dust collected by the dust collector into the humidification tower is transported into the small warehouse through the chain conveyor, and then sent to the raw material homogenization warehouse through the conveyor.
6, clinker cooling and storage
The kiln clinker enters the φ3.3m×36m single cylinder cooler for cooling. The clinker from the cooler is transported into the 2-φ10mX24m clinker storage tank by the chain bucket conveyor, crusher and hoist for storage.
7. Cement production and storage
The clinker and gypsum are discharged from the bottom of the library, and after being metered by the electronic belt scale, the belt conveyor is fed into a high-yield, high-fine cement grinding system of φ2.6mX13m for grinding. The grinding cement is transported into a 4-φ10mX24m cement round storage tank through a chain conveyor and a hoist for storage. The exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere by the fan after collecting dust through the bag dust collector. The collected fine powder enters the fine powder chain conveyor, and the hoist is sent to the cement storage.
8. Cement packaging, bulk and finished product storage
The cement in the cement storage warehouse is sent to the packaging machine by the chain conveyor and the hoist, and then enters the packaging warehouse after being sieved. Then, it is fed into two fixed double-mouth packaging machines for packaging, and the bagged cement is conveyed by a belt conveyor. The cement product warehouse is stored by the artificial code stack. The finished product library is 18mX40m and the reserve is 1200t. The packaging system is provided with a bag type dust collector, and the exhaust gas is purified and then discharged into the atmosphere by a fan.
The cement storehouse has a bulk side bulk device. After the need, the equipment cement can be added to the bulk truck through the bulk cement unloader.
Second, the main process equipment
1. Limestone crushing
The limestone crushing adopts PCD1612 single-stage hammer crusher, the calibration output is 100-140t/h, the feed size is <300mm, and the discharge granularity is <25mm. The annual crushing capacity of limestone is 240,732.76 tons, the daily crushing capacity is 732.82 tons, the daily working time is 8 hours, and the annual utilization rate is 30.00%, which can meet the production requirements.
2, raw material drying
Annual demand for clay is 16447.60 tons (dry material), and daily demand is 50.07 tons. A φ2.2mX16m dryer is used, the production capacity is 7t/h, the daily working time is 8 hours, and the annual utilization rate is 30.00%, which can meet the production requirements.
3, raw mill
After completion, it needs 299,592 tons of raw materials and 912 tons of raw materials per day. A φ2.6mX10m ring flow mill is used, the production capacity is 40-45t/h, the daily working time is 22 hours, and the annual utilization rate is 82.5%, which can meet the production requirements.
4, rotary kiln
After completion, it will produce 197,100 tons of clinker and 600 tons of clinker per day. A φ3.3mX52m rotary kiln with a five-stage cyclone preheater is selected, with a production capacity of 25t/h, a daily working time of 24 hours, and an annual utilization rate of 92%, which can meet the production requirements.
5, cooling machine
The clinker production is 25t/h, and a φ3.2mX36m single cylinder cooler is used, with a production capacity of 28t/h, which can meet the production requirements.
6, coal mill
It is required to burn 33,507 tons of coal (dry material) and 102 tons of daily coal. A φ2.2mX5.8m steel ball coal mill is used, the production capacity is 27-35t/h, the daily working time is 22 hours, and the annual utilization rate is 82.5%, which can meet the production requirements.
7, cement mill
After the completion of the project, it is necessary to grind cement 201204.97 tons and daily grinding cement 612.50 tons. A φ2.6mX13m ring flow mill is used, the production capacity is 27-35t/h, the daily working time is 22 hours, and the annual utilization rate is 82.5%, which can meet the production requirements.
It is required to pack 201204.97 tons of cement and 612.5 tons of cement for daily packaging. Two fixed double-mouth packaging machines are used. The single-machine production capacity is 30 t/h, the daily working time is 11 hours, and the annual utilization rate is 41.25%, which can meet the production requirements.
