4.1 Production process
4.1.1 Production scale, production methods and product plans
The project adopts a new dry process production process to build a new dry process cement production line with a daily output of 1,500 tons of clinker. The calcining equipment adopts a φ3.5×54m rotary kiln, and the kiln tail adopts a preheating decomposition system with a five-stage cyclone preheater and a decomposition furnace.
4.1.2.1 Limestone crushing
The limestone crushing is a single-stage hammer crusher. The crusher is suitable for crushing medium-strength brittle ores, such as limestone, marl, shale, gypsum and coal. The feed size is large, and the bulk ore can be crushed at one time. Meet the grinding particle size. In addition, because the machine uses forward discharge tweezers, it has a stronger adaptability to the moisture and soil in the ore. This machine has special iron protection. Metal foreign objects that cannot be broken into the machine will rebound to the feeder. The operator can stop the operation according to the abnormal metal sound.
The limestone crushing of this project adopts TKPC16.18 single-stage hammer crusher, the feeding granularity is 800mm, the production capacity is 250t/h, and the annual utilization rate is 25.51%.
4.1.2.2 Raw material grinding
For the 1500t/d production line, the HRM2800m vertical grinding system is available for raw material grinding.
4.1.2.3 Raw material homogenization and storage
The design adopts a φ15×50mMF homogenization library which integrates raw material storage and homogenization. The raw material reserves are 6500t and the storage period is 2.86d.
4.1.2.3 Burning system
The clinker is fired into a kiln decomposition calcination system consisting of a single-stage five-stage CDC pre-decomposition system, a φ3.5×54m rotary kiln and a third-generation new air beam grate cooler. Nissan clinker 1500t / d, clinker burning heat consumption 840Kcal / kg (3511.0KJ / kg), calcium carbonate decomposition rate into the kiln raw material is greater than 90%. The system waste heat is used to dry raw materials and raw coal.
The clinker is cooled by the imported technology and a new third-generation air beam grate cooler made in China. The effective area of the trampoline is 61.8m2, the output is 62.5t/h, and the clinker temperature of the cooler is +65°C.
4.1.2.4 Cement grinding
The cement grinding of this project uses two φ3.5×13m tube mills, and the N-1500 O-SEPA high-efficiency air separator is used to form a circulating flow grinding system. The output is 50t/h.
